These Terms of Service govern your use of the E2AFragrances website and your purchase of products from E2AFragrances. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the website or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. PRODUCTS, PRICES, AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by device. Product descriptions, prices, availability, and promotions may change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order when information is inaccurate or a product is unavailable.

Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless expressly stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasonable business, inventory, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, or shipping reasons. If an order is changed or cancelled, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided.

You authorize the payment method used for the order and confirm that you are authorized to use it. Payment must be successfully processed before an order is accepted. Orders are subject to the information shown at checkout and in the order confirmation.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship only to the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia. Other destinations are not available. We do not currently offer Express shipping. Standard shipping is $12; free Standard shipping is available for orders of $100 or more when shown at checkout. The current Standard delivery estimate is 3–5 business days after processing. Checkout displays the available shipping option, charge, and estimated delivery date for your order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control. We ship fragrance orders using USPS services and packaging eligible for the product and destination under USPS requirements. Free pickup at our Lauderhill Mall location may be available at checkout; please wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before visiting.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Return and Refund Policy is part of these Terms. Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Opened, sprayed, used, or unsealed fragrance products are not eligible for return.

For an eligible return, contact info@e2afragrances.com before sending the product. Change-of-mind return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. For an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with order details and photographs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

7. PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced on the website.

You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit website content without written permission.

You may not use the website for unlawful purposes; interfere with its operation or security; submit false information; infringe another person’s rights; introduce malicious code; scrape or collect information without authorization; or resell products without our written permission.

10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, E2AFragrances disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any permitted dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, subject to applicable law.

12. CHANGES

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The revised Terms take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the website after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.
