Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery for unopened and unused fragrances in their original, sealed packaging.

Opened, sprayed, used, or unsealed fragrances are not eligible for return.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. E2AFragrances covers return shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. No restocking fee is charged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@e2afragrances.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs so we can review the issue and provide instructions.

We will inspect approved returns after receipt. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
